3.1. We process your observability data as specified in our service agreement and privacy policy.
3.2. Our infrastructure utilizes Google Cloud Platform for data storage and processing.
3.3. The Service integrates with third-party services including OpenAI and SigNoz for service delivery.

Billing
4.1. Service fees are based on the contract agreed upon between Serix, Inc. and the customer.
4.2. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly specified in your contract.
4.3. Accounts will be suspended after 5 days of non-payment.

Intellectual Property
5.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Serix, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2. You retain all rights to your data. You grant SIFT DEV a license to host, copy, transmit, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.
5.3. Serix, Inc. owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights.

Termination

Limitation of Liability
7.1. In no event shall Serix, Inc. or SIFT DEV be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7.2. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the incident.
7.3. Force majeure applies - we are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
